This has been one of the coldest winters we’ve had since I’ve lived here.  That’s like 20 years now!!  Typically, we have a little snow or ice, but it’s usually in the new year.  We’ve of course, had snow and ice in December, but not like this year.  In December, we not only had snow (a couple times), but we had an ice storm as well.  This is a little bud that I found encased in the ice.
