Blogiversary Gift for My Readers

Posted by on 15 April 2011

Yesterday was my blogiversary.  My blog was 3 years old!!  Time sure does fly when you’re having fun.  I would have never guessed that I could call my blog “successful” after that long.  I think that I can though because I have some very loyal followers.  I also have many parents, religion teachers, teachers, and families that use and benefit from my FREE printables!!

I tried to come up with a theme that would be fun for me to create in such a short amount of time.  I also wanted it to be something that could benefit my readers as well.  What I came up with was Froglet Puddle Jumers!!  These are cute frogs in all kinds of positions, along with ducks, rabbits, cats, and other cute animals ready for the spring rains.  I think it’s perfect for my free theme pack that I’ve made exclusively for my readers!!

Currently, I only have 3 items made that can immediately be downloaded.  I will be adding more to it tomorrow as time permits.  I will add notes to THIS post as I upload them and they’re ready for you to download.  So, stay tuned!!

The first printable that I have is Froglets Alphabet Tracing Cards.  These feature the cute frogs on each card for the kids to trace.  There is a capital and a lower case letter in sets of 3 on each card.  Next is Puddle Jumpers Number Tracing Cards.  These cards have the cute rain critters on each card, along with the numeral and number word for the kids to trace.  For both sets of cards, you can punch a hole in the corner and put on a metal ring.  If a dry erase marker or Vis-aVis marker is used, laminate them and they’ll last a long time!!

The last printable that I have ready to download tonight are suffix mats.  The player will place a root word on the suffix mat to see if it forms a new word.  There’s also a worksheet to go along with these Froglet Puddle Jumpers Suffix Mats.  The suffixes for the mats are -er, – est, -ly, -ness, -ful, and -less.

Here’s a collage thumbnail of what some of the items in this theme look like….

If you’re interested in this fun and cute exclusive readers gift, just…..

If you use these FREE printables, please leave a comment and let me know if you liked it or if the kids enjoyed the activities. I use your input to create from and need to know if I’m making what’s needed and being used!! Also, if you enjoy my blog, posts, or printables that I share, please click one (or all) of the buttons below or in the right hand column under “Rate My Blog” to vote for me. Thanks you very much!!

You have to click the green down arrow under each item. It’ll open in a new window. You might have to wait for the timer to countdown to download or it might just directly open to the download. Either way, then you’ll need to save it.

      Hope she enjoys them!!
