Merry Christmas!!

Posted by on 25 December 2010

The presents are open, the phone calls have been made, and it’s just about time to put the ham in the oven.  But first, I’d like to wish all my family, friends, and readers a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!  Some of you have truly become part of my life and others, are unknown to me, but you all mean something special to me.  For those that are unknown because you’ve left a comment with no way to reply or because you’re a number on my reader count, I appreciate you for taking the time to read my blog and download my printables.  I hope that I can continue to provide things that you need and can use through the New Year.  For those that I do know, are family or friends, you know that you mean everything to me.  Sometimes this is the only time of the year that we’re in contact, but it never gets forgotten.  Holidays are so precious and this year, probably more than any other, we’ve really enjoyed ours as a family.  We had a “small” Christmas this year and it was just the 3 of us 5 of us (can’t leave the dogs out).  We all got exactly what we wanted without all the frills.  And although my family and our friends are the greatest, it was nice to just enjoy the holidays just as our little family this year.  We’ve spent so much time apart that this year we did something different and we were blessed in so many ways.  I do hope that you and yours have been able to experience what we have this year and especially, this holiday season.  May you all have a very MERRY and BLESSED CHRISTMAS!!  And never forget….

Merry CHRISTmas,

    Hi Elaine,

I am co-founder of a new publishing company named pdoink. We’re a small but mighty publishing company that seeks to inspire families to learn and grow through story.

With three stories aimed at 3-8 year-olds, Yogurt the Ogre is an adventurous, sweet and fun little ogre that teaches kids to care about family, friends, their environment and themselves. In addition to the Yogurt he Ogre story, each book has a shorter story at the end for a quicker bedtime read. We playfully call this our 7 o’clock 8 o’clock innovation :o)

We would love to offer to you and your community our first three books for free download through this link http://bit.ly/mmNHf4 or by visiting pdoink.com. There are no strings attached and we know that if families want our books, they can always order them from Amazon.

Please feel free to download and preview our books as they are available for you and your community to enjoy. To date, we have been receiving very positive feedback to date and are submitted to a number of award programs. As a note, we research test all our stories with kids and moms for message comprehension.

If you would like to see videos of our stories and poems feel free to connect with us at pdoink.com or you can also see our them on YouTube – enter ‘Yogurt the Ogre’ and a bunch should apear. I have connected you directly below to a selection of videos for your convenience. Enjoy!
