Disney Games

DISNEYLOGOCOLOR

Who doesn’t love Disney movies??  We all do right??  Whether you want to admit it or not, we all have a favorite Disney movie.

With that thought in mind, and helping out an online friend keep new fun materials in the files, I’m creating a Disney game a month.  I have 3 games so far and have only missed one month since I decided to start doing this.  That was a rough month and besides no ideas coming to me, there was a lack of clipart/graphics as well.

These Disney games are just fun family game night type games.  There’s no skill.  They’re just a simple board game.  Each one has 2 versions of the game board, directions, cover art, tab label and player tokens.  Some of them come with some pretty cool player tokens too!!  Some will have die or spinner, some you’ll have to provide your own.  Some, maybe all, will have cards with challenges and benefits along the way.  With all that said, I already have 3 Disney games made, as I mentioned above.  I’ve uploaded them to my 4Shared account for easy access, just be sure to get ALL the files for each game.

The first Disney game is Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and is loaded with lots of Snow White graphics.  As you move around the game board, you might land on a “magic mirror” or a “poison apple” space.  One is good….one is not!!  This one has some great player tokens.  Next is The Lion King.  This has a beautiful background that I found in an image search.  As you move around the game board, you might land on a “king” space and have to draw a “king card”.  This game also has some nice player tokens.  The 3rd and final game (for now) is Come Fly With Dumbo and of course, Dumbo is the main character of this game.  No Disney game collection would be complete without those adorable big ears!!  This is a much simpler version of the Disney games and includes basic player tokens.  It also has a die made just for the game!!  As you move around the game board, you might land on a “magic feather” space and have to draw a card.  So will you fly or crash land??  Play and find out!!

My hope is that you’ll enjoy all of these games and have some quality family game nights!!  If you have a request for a certain Disney movie or show, please let me know and I’ll see about creating a game for you in one of the months ahead.

So what’s next for August??  Well, I guess you’ll just have to wait and see.  I’ll tell you that it’ll have some high flying adventure!!  I can’t tell you any more or you Disney movie buffs might guess it right away!!

EDIT:  I was informed that I might be breaking copyright by posting these games.  However, I’m going to leave them posted.  I’ve gotten all my images from sites that are NOT affiliated with Disney, nor do they claim any rights to the images.  They also give permission to use the images.  Also, I have no claim to these images.   All images are © Disney.

UPDATE:  These games have been removed because someoneon the internet couldn’t mind their own business.  They threatened to report me, as you can see in the comment.  It’s a shame that people can’t mind their own business and in the end only end up hurting families and especially children.  After all, I don’t make a thing off these games.  What I do is provide a fun family game that kids love and can learn from.  I’m sorry I can no longer provide these particular games to those who need and use them, simply because someone chooses to be mean and interfere with things that aren’t their business.

Whether you have permission to use images that are copyrighted from the person who stole them to begin with, using a Disney image – even one that’s been altered – is still copyright infringement. Justifying your irresponsibility by saying you have permission is only propagating the theft. You really ought to take down your Disney stuff before you get reported. Disney has a reputation for prosecuting. Your arguement will not stand up in court.
