I know I’ve been MIA the past couple of days.  I’ve been busy creating some new file folder games (ffg) and just enjoying some time with kiddo and hubby.  I also had to complete grades for last quarter, but I didn’t even get those finished.  The ffg pretty much took up most of my time and energy.

I got no sleep last night.  I had the worst case of heartburn.  I haven’t had it like that in years!!  UGH  I’m looking forward to a good night’s sleep after dealing with that.  Of course, it’s my own fault.  I ate the wrong food late at night.  On top of that, I had sugar-free fruit punch Kool-Aid.  During the day, it’s alright, but at night it tears me up.  And here I was proud of myself for not having soda.  HA!!

I said I was going to be doing more sharing on the homeschool front.  So, tonight I’m going to share a link.  This one is for Lesson Snips.  I absolutely love this site!!  I try to keep it a secret and to myself.  HAHA  You can get complete lesson plans, just worksheets and you can even make requests.  I’ve found many good things here to use to supplement a lesson.  My latest was supply and demand, which is intended for grades 2 & 3, but I beefed it up to go with the lesson that I taught.  The reading section was a good intro, then I added my questions and stuff from our Social Studies book.  Quite handy!!

As most of you can tell, I’ve followed through and not replied to every comment.  This has relieved quite a bit of pressure for me.  I actually don’t feel all that guitly either!!  WooHoo  In fact, I really wasn’t in the blogosphere by working on creating the ffg.  Back to it tomorrow!!  Miss K has been browsing around and commenting though.  She says she was behind.  She’s looking forward to writing her own post again soon and I told her to go for it.  YAY!!

I’m getting ready to head back to my Religious Education class too.  We’ve been out for Christmas Break and we were supposed to have a meeting last week.  This week it’s back to those 15 wild, fun and crazy 4 & 5 year olds!!  I’ve kinda missed them, so it’ll be nice to get back to the routine.  Now that homeschool bowling wrapped up for a few weeks, I won’t be so pressured.  That means a little more time to enjoy it all!!

Alright, I’m off to watch tv in bed.  Maybe I’ll get some ideas for another game.  I can only hope!!  Kiddo and I have one started as a joint project, but we’ve reached a dead end.  We’ll get back to it again as we get some ideas flowing.  I just love doing projects with her!!

Oh, I’ve posted a few of my games on my 4Shared.  I’ve added some of the links to the printables pages.  I still have some more to add.  I hope you’re following close if you use my printables.  I update as often as I can and as time permits.  Keep updating!!

Ugh! Heartburn. I’m sitting here eating a cinnamon roll, so I will really be sympathizing with you shortly. LOL Used to get it terrible when I was pregnant. Seemed no food was safe.

Okay, Miss K! Bring it on! It’s been a long time. I hope you’ll write about your bowling. Do you have the best team, worst, middle of the road? Do you like all your teammates? Have you gotten better at bowling from when you started? What’s your handicap? Is this enough questions for you? 🙂
