Each year, people take less and less notice of Veteran’s Day. We hear it over and over again from the media that right now, we’re fighting a war without a reason or an illegal war or what ever other negative things they can say about it. The men and women over there don’t think it’s worthless. They don’t think the lives that have been lost are worthless.
Our men and women who serve are the reason we’re free and have the rights that we have. Please take a moment out of your day to remember those that have fought for you and our country.
Honey, I can’t tell you enough how proud of you I am. I’m honored to be your wife and I’m so glad that you chose the Army as your career. As are time is short, I realize more and more how much we’re all going to miss it. It’s been tough, but it’s been good. You have all my love and my utmost respect for all you’ve done for us, our family and friends and our country during these 20+ years.
To all those past, present and even future members of the Armed Forces, I salute you and thank you for all you’ve done and will do!!
