Buttons I Made (for Friends)

Posted by on 29 July 2008

I’ve been working on creating “buttons” again.  This time, I decided to make them for my friends.  I think their blogs are worth being linked to, so hopefully by giving them a button, it’ll give them the viewers they deserve.

This button is for Debbie.  Her blog is “Almost…Daily Brain Farts of an Airhead Mom”.  It’s fun, lighthearted and about the life of a mom.  She has a tween, teen and twins!!  You can copy and paste the code below the button into your sidebar.

<a href=” target=”_blank”><img src=” border=”0” alt=”” width=”150” height=”150” /></a>

The next button is for Laura.  Her blog is “Still Crazy After All These Years”.  This blog is great.  She shares Christian games and lessons, as well as blogging about life as a mom of a teenage son.  She also has great quizzes and fun things posted.  You can copy and paste the code below her button into your sidebar.  Just a note, this button may change if I find an image that’s “more appropriate”.

<a href=”” target=”_blank”><img src=” border=”0” alt=”” width=”150” height=”150” /></a>

Check out their blogs and be sure to add their buttons to your sidebar!!  If you’d like a button made, just let me know!!

NOTE:  When you copy these codes, they will paste fine.  Then, they might not show up.  If this happens, go in and check the code.  They might have a double set of quotation (“) marks around areas.  If this happens, delete the curled set and save again.  It should work fine after this.  That’s a technical issue I’m going to have to work on.  🙁

Why thank you, ma’am! I’m going to see if I can get yours and Laura’s on my page today.

Correction: No teen twins yet! Please, not yet! My oldest dd is 17, then comes the 12 yo dd, and then the 8 almost 9 twin dd’s. My only ds falls in the 26 yo zone.

PS: I have to tell you, everytime I see the face attached to my comment, I crack up. LOL

Oh, I’m sorry. I’ll correct that to just twins. However, you do have a tween and that in itself makes for an interesting life!! Not to mention a real teen, almost adult. LOL

You know, I don’t get to pick those faces out. Each e-mail addy that comments is assigned one and it’s always theirs. I had quilt patterns, but I didn’t like them. There’s a couple other choices, but not many. I kinda like these, but they’re “odd”!!

Would you believe I’m still on your page. LOL I finally got the buttons on my page. I had to have the teen do it.

LOL You’re too funny!! I’m glad you finally got it. I’ve created them, not I have to post them myself. Aren’t you glad there’s computers in school now?? LOL Thank goodness for the kids….sometimes!!

Oh, and I did a little edit on your “description”!! HEHE

  6. Laura

LOVE IT! As for an image that is “more appropriate”, maybe some crazy person perhaps? 🙂

Thanks for all the nice things you said about my silly old blog. It’s just ramblings of a stay at home mom.

I’m going to be keeping my eye out, Laura. Meantime, this little guy will do, especially since this is what you usually go by. I did find the picture itself and thought about putting your blog name on it instead.

It’s not silly. I really look forward to your posts everyday. It’s sort of funny how different all 3 of our blogs are. Yet, there’s nothing I’d want to miss from either of you.

    Keep on blogging!! LOL

These are adorable! I would have not idea what to put on my button.

You’re girl on your blog page could be used. If you ever decide, you let me know. I’d be happy to make one for you!!
